What's the difference between the credit types?
In airborne geophysics processing, 1 credit equals 1 hectare. In Geo Analysis, 1 credit corresponds to 1 analysis over an area. 3D Inversion uses its own credits. In Mineral X-Ray, the allowance is measured in distinct claims looked up during the month.
Is the “per month” figure charged monthly?
On the annual option, the per-month figure is a reference for comparison. Billing is annual, at the total shown on the card. Selecting Monthly shows the monthly charge and the features of that billing period.
Does the free trial cover the whole subscription?
No. Features marked as a free trial have a limited duration, shown on the card. Features marked as included are part of the subscribed plan's offer.
What counts as a lookup in Mineral X-Ray?
Each distinct claim looked up during the month consumes one lookup. Reopening an already-consulted claim, viewing the preview and generating the PDF dossier don't consume the allowance.
How do team plans work?
Enterprise 5 and 20 allow up to 5 and 20 users respectively, with allowances shared across the organization and centralized billing. The monthly Geo Analysis and Inversion credits are an allowance renewed every month: whatever isn't used in the month doesn't roll over, while one-off credits you purchase still add up. Enterprise Custom is defined by proposal.
Do I need to process the data before using Geo Analysis?
Geo Analysis uses already-processed airborne geophysical data to generate complementary maps and analyses. Geo Analysis credits are different from the credits used to process the area.
