Mineral X-Ray Insight
Know who is applying for ground next to you — before your neighbour does. A weekly e-mail alert on new applications in your area of interest, neighbours drawn on the map, the claim's origin in the dossier with the permit expiry, an exploration budget benchmark and the applicant's profile.

Weekly alert
Staking rush in progress
Origin (REPEM) tab
Budget chart
The new applications matching your portfolio, with the reason for the match, the distance to your claim and the rush warning.
What is Insight?
The Mineral X-Ray reads the claim you opened. Insight looks OUTSIDE it: it crosses the ANM application microdata (REPEM) with your portfolio and tells you, once a week, when someone files an application on your substance or in your municipality — with the distance to your polygon, the applicant identified and a rush warning when three or more filings for the same substance land in the same municipality within 90 days. It is a module ON TOP of the X-Ray: it requires an active Mineral X-Ray and is never sold on its own.
⭐ What changes: you stop finding out about the neighbour when the notice is published — and start knowing in the week they filed.
What the module adds
Demonstration images of the tool — applicant data masked.
Weekly e-mail alert
One e-mail a week with the new applications matching your portfolio — by municipality and by substance, with the reason for each match. Never one e-mail per application.
Neighbours on the map
Each alert carries the distance in km to YOUR claim and takes you to the polygon in one click. Without geometry on both sides the field is simply absent — never an invented zero.
Origin (REPEM) in the dossier
A new tab in the X-Ray and a new chapter in the dossier: filing, applicant, substances, locations, free area and the PERMIT EXPIRY derived from the duration published by the source.
Budget benchmark
The exploration-plan ruler by substance × state × year × activity, in explained percentiles (p50/p85/p90/p95) — with the sample size always visible and the ruler's level declared.
Applicant profile
How many applications that applicant holds nationwide and in this state (companies only: an individual's tax ID arrives masked from the source and is never aggregated).
Staking rush warning
When the application is the 3rd or more for the same substance in the same municipality within 90 days, you get the warning: there is a rush going on there.
How it works
Build your portfolio
Add the claims that matter to your watchlist — the interest is derived from them (municipality and substance), with no filter to configure.
The daily cycle runs
The ANM application microdata is reloaded every day; the module crosses what is new against your portfolio.
The alert arrives
Once a week, by e-mail — and the same alert shows up in your Portfolio, with the applications ranked by relevance.
You act on the map
From the alert to the polygon: see the neighbour, the substance's budget ruler and the applicant's profile before deciding.
Insight pricing
The Insight tier follows the X-Ray tier: you subscribe to the one paired with your allowance. Annual or monthly, no commitment on the monthly plan. On the Enterprise 5 and 20 plans the module is already INCLUDED, with the portfolio paired to the plan's lookup pool.
